YSL claims that smoking their brand of cigarettes makes a woman more attractive. Uh huh. Some how these woman won’t have bad smelling hair or breathe, ashy skin, or yellow teeth.
“The woman who smokes YSL cigarettes is more attractive than one who smokes another brand or doesn’t smoke at all.” claims the fashion house.

Reviewing is not easy. We give our readers an intimate view of our thoughts and emotions when we write and publish a review. When someone comes along and takes that from you-it’s insulting. It says, “I have no respect for you.”
We all make mistakes. It’s human nature and forgiveness is divine. When you make a mistake, the best and often the hardest way to deal with it is to admit your mistake and say I’m sorry.
I found this recently and have been using it to stamp my reviews and freelance articles. myfreecopyright.com. Will it help? Who knows. But it can’t hurt in court should you choose to go that route.
Romance novels can be as addictive as pornography is the title of a recent article penned by By Kimberly Sayer-Giles, a ksl.com contributor. Ms. Sayer-Giles is a life coach who claims that by reading romance novels, “…women can become as dangerously unbalanced by these books’ entrancing but distorted messages as men can be by the distorted messages of pornography.”
Huh?
While I can understand that there very well maybe some woman who can be ‘addicted” to romance novels (sorry, that makes me laugh), I have to think that it’s not the romance novels themselves but the fact that the woman are dissatisfied with some aspect of their lives so they choose another outlet. It could be anything. Food, cigarettes, nickel slots, ect… To blame romance novels for your disintegrating marriage or relationships is a cop out. There is a deep lying issue at stake that must be addressed.
I have been reading romances for years. I can remember the first romance author I read was Barbara Cartland. *swoon* Do I buy into the presumption that the heroes in these books are my ultimate goal? That this is what I need to be looking for in a relationship? No. I know this is fiction. I know this is an exacerbated view of what men are really like. Besides…if that were true then I would be pining away for a shape shifting 18th century pirate who sails the seven seas and likes nookie against the mast. Oh, and he doesn’t know how to button his shirts.
I’m not trying to make light of what may very well be someone’s problem, but I do want to say that if you are unsatisfied with your lover or life…then you need to stop looking for an easy blame and get to the root of your problem. Talk to your spouse or lover. Otherwise you will just end up substituting one addiction for another.

Hey T-so sorry to hear about your friends blog. Sadly, this is not the first time I've come across this. I just don't get why someone does it. It doesn't make sense to me at all.
YSL gets a big WTF from me.
Finally, I jumped the link and read that article. Big smirk when I saw that the author is in Utah. I even read the comments which were quite entertaining. My husband doesn't care that I read romance-in fact, he lovingly calls it my porn-and at the risk of TMI, he's not complaining.

It's funny but I just KNEW the author would be from Utah.
