Eminem and Royce Da 5’9 with Skylar Grey headlined at Lollapalooza in the Windy City this weekend and I heard they brought da house down!
On a sad note, Dreamworks nixed Eminem’s comeback film Southpaw. Speculation is that there have been just to many boxing movies in the last few years.

Lady Gag stunned the world by showing up to dinner looking, well, normal. Dressing in Versace’s Fall 2011 collection dress and accessorized with black pumps, gold jewelry, and a tiny clutch…I have to wonder…is this REALLY Lady Gaga. Sources say yes it is. What do you think? Yea or Nay?

 

 

 

 

Ok. So everyone remember the HUGE stink Kim Kardashian made about Old Navy and is suing them, claiming they knowing using a young lady who looked remarkable like her to increase their sales. Go here for details.
Well, apparently, the shoe is on the other foot and now the Kardashians and Sears have some ‘splaining to do.

Monica Botkier, designer, noticed that her "Clyde" bag looked almost identical to one of the Kardashians' designs (the real Botkier is on the left). Ms. Botkier don’t play neither. Fashionista reports that Botkier has sent Sears a “cease and desist” letter and is seeking help from the CFDA's "You Can't Fake Fashion" campaign against counterfeiters. Sears has since removed the offensive bag.

 

 

 

 

Gots me a new printer and some new hamsters.

The printer is an HP Desktop 3050 All In One Wireless. Wooooohoooo.
On sale at Walmart for $50 bucks.  Had no problem hooking up the wifi though they do send along a usb cable if you need to connect via computer. It comes wrapped in an oversize totebag.

I will be attempting to connect ipad and laptop tomorrow. :P

Aren’t they CUTE????

They are called fancy dwarf hamsters. Only 2 weeks old, we adopted these 3 siblings from Petco. T couldn’t stand to separate them. *sigh*
Very friendly little buggers though. My kid named them ketsup, mustard, and relish. LMAO. She said that way she didn’t have to figure out who was male or female.

The Billboard Music Awards are back after a 5 year absence. SQUEEEE! Billboard has released a full list of nominees for this year’s Billboard Awards. RiRi has 18 and Eminem has 16. The show will air live Sunday, May 22, 2011.

I have always been a huge proponent of the old saying, “No glove…no love.” So when I saw these on Refinery29, not only did the advocate in me squeeee but so did the fashionista.

Barney’s and Prada had a spat

 WSJ reports that Barneys chief executive Mark Lee confirms that the store has dropped all new Prada merchandise except for menswear and shoes — meaning there'll be no Marc Jacobs stole at Barneys for you this spring.

The split came about because the Italian megabrand wanted Barneys to agree to a concession model, under which Prada would lease its floor space and give Barneys a percentage of sales. Lee, who says he wants to move Barneys toward "exclusives," said the decision had been made before he got there last August but he supports it. Barney’s gave Prada their leg up in the US when it introduced us, years ago, to those crazy nylon bags. /via The Cut.

 

Gisele Bundchen is an idiot

According to Ms Bundchen, sunscreen is an evil, poisonous substance that will never grace her body. Gisele claims she refuses to use the product because of all the chemicals they contain to absorb UVA and UVB light.
As a compromise, Bundchen claims she only exposes herself to the sun before 8am when it is still too weak to do any damage.
Ok. First of all, who the hell gets up, dressed, and out the door before 8 am? If they don’t have to?  Second of all, no way she has that nice tan by hitting the beach before 8 am. She must be under the illusion that fake tans are all natural.

 

Lilo can’t catch a break

 

Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft in the case of the missing necklace, according to NYP. The boutique from which it was allegedly stolen has surveillance video of Lohan trying on the necklace and paparazzi images of her wearing it without having purchased it. Lindsay claims the necklace was loaned to her by the boutique and that her stylist was responsible for returning it on time. If convicted, she could face a maximum sentence of three years in state prison.

Making its debut at Amsterdam International Fashion Week on Friday, The Red Rail was designed to appeal to—and recruit—a new generation of would-be blood donors, who would have to give up their blood for clothing.

The Red Rail’s first collection, shepherded by Claes Iversen, consists of 20 ensembles by 18 emerging Dutch designers, including Ellen Benders, Ivona Batuta, Mirte Engelhard, and Studio JUX.

Rihanna’s hair has achieved almost cult  like status as everyone waits with baited breathe to see what it will from day to day. Rumor has it this new do is for her new video S&M to be sung with Nikki Minaj and Katy Perry (neither of them slackers in the “hair-capades either).

Personally, I’m not feeling it.
